Tulasiram Ravuri - President and CEO

Tulasi has over 15 years of professional experience in progressively responsible positions covering all phases of software development - requirements, architecture, high-level design, low-level design, coding, testing, maintenance, and both project and line management. Tulasi has an MS in Computer Science from University of Southwestern Louisiana, USA and a BS in Chemical Engineering from India.

Tulasi has worked in the networking software field (TCP/IP and OSI) at Unisys, Novell, Quarterdeck and Network Associates. He has successfully led several projects spanning the top four layers of networking technologies. He has been involved with Internet technologies for the past several years with significant focus on Healthcare industry.

Mr. Y.B.K. Seshagiri Rao - CMD - Indian Operations

Chief Executive and Financial and Legal Officer for Indian Operations. Before ACRO, he was Asst. General Manager of Punjab National Bank with 35 years of experience. He is highly knowledgeable in the Indian financial industry. He has a Masters in Commerce and in Law.

Responsible for General Management of the company, Corporate Planning, Financial Management & Accounting, Taxation & Commercial, Exports & Imports, Purchase & Assets Management and Legal.

Alfred R. Deverapalli - Executive Director - Indian Operations

Alfred has a BS in Engineering from India with more than 15 years of experience in Engineering and IT industry in India and in the US, out of which he led projects in Internet/Intranet, Client- Server, CAD/CAM & GIS. While at Intergraph Alfred was the Technical Lead responsible for Requirements, Testing and Certification for it's flagship products in CAD/CAM and GIS on Unix and Win NT and lead QA Teams for the Healthcare projects.

Responsible for Corporate Planning, Human Resources Development & Personnel Management, Project Estimation and Valuation, Project Coordination, International Marketing and Business Development and establishing strategic alliances.

Rama Raju P. S - Technical Director - Indian Operations

Rama Raju is the Chief Technical Architect for the India team. He is responsible for technical evaluation and allocation of manpower for various projects, technical management of projects, liaison with clients on technical issues related to the projects, hardware & software requirements, software security & network security and mentoring new employees.

Raju has a BS in Electronics Engineering and has over 9 years of application development experience in Internet/Intranet, Client-Server, and Networking. He successfully led several development projects for US clients in Healthcare and Financial domain.

Ram Puppala

Has been Head - Technology at E*TRADE International where he was responsible for their launch in Australia, Japan, Norway, South Korea, Sweden and U.K. Prior to that, he has worked with large organizations like AT&T, Charles Schwab and D&B. A key member of Tanning, he continues to play a role in an advisory capacity. He is currently the CEO for fnStar India opertions.

K.Vijayaraghavan

(VIJAY) is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified Management Consultant. Over the last 18 years, his professional practice has been focused on advising Private enterprises, Government bodies and Non-Government organizations in the area of Strategy, program planning, funding, strategic financial planning, resource mobilization and entrepreneurship. He is a pioneer in helping young companies in various technology areas such as pharmaceuticals, bio-technology, information technology and specialty engineering sectors to incubate their ventures. His services are utilized by domestic and international venture capital bodies to identify and support entrepreneurs.

Vijay has undertaken several overseas assignments and is instrumental in bringing several overseas ventures to India. He is retained to co-ordinate the programs conducted by CALS, Cornell University in India. Vijay is the member of the National Executive Council of the Institute of Management Consultants of India.
